CLE credit: here’s how it works:
On the main CLE Page, scroll down to the program of your choice and find the “Add to Cart” link below the program description. Click on this link to pay the program fee by credit card or PayPal via a secure site. Once your order is submitted, you’ll receive an email with a link where you can stream the program online for up to three months. After you have finished the program, please fill out, sign, and return by email to email@example.com (or by mail to M. C. Hurley, 411 Walnut St., No. 13851, Green Cove Springs, FL 32043) the Attorney’s On-Demand CLE Attendance Report. You’ll find that form here and among the PDF files available for download below the program description on the main CLE page. Once I have your attendance report, I will in turn send you a Certificate of CLE Attendance for use in obtaining CLE credit from your state bar.
I will report CLE attendance directly to the bar for attorneys licensed in North Carolina. Please note that the fee charged by the North Carolina State Bar for CLE credit (currently $3.50 per credit hour) is not paid as part of your course fee and will appear on your state bar annual dues statement. Attorneys licensed in other jurisdictions may use the Certificate of CLE Attendance as well as the Program Syllabus and Speaker Biography available below the program description to request approval for CLE credit from their state bar. They likewise will be responsible for any applicable fees charged by their bar to process their credits.
Important: During the program, a four-digit numerical verification code is briefly displayed at two random intervals in two-digit increments, announced beforehand by an audible signal. Please write all four numerals of the code here in the order in which they were announced. Forms claiming credit for the full duration of a program which do not have the code will be returned for completion before a certificate of attendance will be issued.
